The Bluefin Grille at the Providence Marriott Downtown has launched another autograph event called: The Chef’s Table: An Intimate Signature Event with Chef Franco Paterno. The Chef’s Table was developed by Chef Franco and his Sous Chef Chris Farrell after a successful run with their Wine Dinner Series that commenced last fall.
The Chef’s Table features three sumptuous tasting menus ranging from simple and sophisticated to elaborate and decadent. Chef Paterno will also provide consultation and customized menus for participants upon request. Sample menus can be viewed on the website.
These signature events are available by advanced reservation and take place in a special section of the Bluefin Grille. This private dining experience accommodates up to eight people and is available on select dates.
“We’re excited to announce this signature dining experience at the Bluefin Grille. Our Wine Dinner series was so popular that we thought there was opportunity for our Culinary Team to express them on a grander scale. Our dress rehearsal was magnificent and we’re looking forward to sharing this with the public this month.”
